The IMPACt Handout contains general information about the IMPACt Program. The IMPACt Program Application is for the student to fill out and hand in. Please make sure that everything is filled out and that the essay and letter of recommendation are turned in with the application. The IMPACt Alumni Form is for the student who has participated in the IMPACt program in the past and would like to continue this coming year. The alumni program is meant to continue to foster the students growth with the game of golf and in life. |
